A loose acrylic landscape painting inspired by the Caha Mountains in Cork, Ireland. These mountains are a range of low sandstone mountains situated on the Beara peninsula and have been listed as a Special Area of Conservation. The underlying rock is Old Red Sandstone and the terrain generally consists of rocky crags and outcrops sprinkled with grassy slopes - the view is absolutely gorgeous. A little piece of nature packed in a gorgeous tiny painting.
